Hi, I’m John-Marco Ariza

I graduated from AFPT as a certified personal trainer in 2018. Since then, I have had the opportunity to help individuals toward their health goals.

Early in my career, I noticed that people came to me for guidance on topics beyond exercise—areas I didn’t yet have the knowledge or skills to support them. My curiosity and desire to help people further drove me to attend workshops and conferences and complete courses, including Mac-Nutrition Uni, a world-renowned, evidence-based nutrition qualification.

Through what I have learned, I have developed a strong appreciation for evidence-based practice, which guides my work today. I support and guide individuals by using the best available research while considering their needs, values, preferences, and my own experience to help them achieve what matters to them.
